RAGGS Kids Club Band™ Performs for Santa’s Arrival at Genesee Valley Center

Flint, MI – November 8, 2004 – The RAGGS Kids Club Band, a colorful musical group of five furry canine characters will perform two 30-minute high-energy shows at Genesee Valley Center on Saturday, November 20 at 11:00 a.m. and 4 p.m. and three shows on Sunday, November 21 at 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. The free shows features songs from their award-winning CDs, and their new “Holiday Jam” CD.

The first show at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 20 includes Santa’s arrival and a parade through the center with a cast of characters and the grand opening of “King Arthur’s Castle,” a brand new indoor playground in the JCPenney court.

The RAGGS Kids Club Band continues to be one of the busiest children’s entertainment groups in the country. This summer, they are appearing daily at The Palace Theatre in Myrtle Beach, SC while also touring state fairs such as The Ohio State Fair, Michigan State Fair, Alabama Fair, Tulsa State Fair and many more.

The band will play songs from their TV Christmas special, titled “Holiday Jam.” “It’s a great story about the band getting stranded at a Colorado ski resort over the holidays. While they learn the true meaning of Christmas, they also have fun skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing and even surfing in the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool!,” explained, RAGGS president Toni Steedman. “And, of course it features 12 songs from their “Holiday Jam” Christmas CD. In addition, the company also sponsors The RAGGS Kids Club®, a kids’ activity and civic program based in regional malls across the U.S. Genesee Valley Center is an official host mall for The RAGGS Kids Club and regularly host RAGGS events throughout the year.   Genesee Valley Center’s RAGGS Kids Club has been an exclusive in Michigan for four years.
