Register to Win Makeovers from JCPenney Salon & More
4/16/09—FLINT, MI---Genesee Valley Center is Celebrating Mom & Prom! Now through May 6th, shoppers can register to win great prizes just in time for Mother’s Day and Prom. JCPenney Salon will provide two lucky shoppers with a makeover for Mom including; hair color, hair cut and pedicure. Two additional shoppers will win a Prom Makeover including; partial highlights, hair cut and manicure, also provided by JCPenney Salon and President Tuxedo will provide one lucky prom-goer with a complete tuxedo package.
