SUMMER MUSIC RETURNS TO GENESEE VALLEY CENTER THIS WEEKEND

Flint, MI—June 2, 2010—Genesee Valley Center will kick-off their summer music series in the Outdoor Village this Friday with the smooth sounds of Rockwood from 6:00-8:00pm.  This is the fourth year the shopping center has hosted live music on Friday evenings.  Performers also include local bands; Deep Blue and Traeder.  A complete schedule of performances can be found at geneseemall.com.  The summer music series will take place in the Outdoor Village, every Friday, June-August from 6:00-8:00pm, this event is FREE and open to the public.  The Outdoor Village was added to the mall in 2006 and provides 65,000 square feet of boulevard-style shopping and includes; Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Bar Louie, Bandolino, Chico’s, Coldwater Creek, The Sleep Number Store, Talbots and the University of Phoenix.  In the event of inclement weather, performances will take place in Center Court.
