Free Fitness Classes Offered at Genesee Valley Center
Classes will be held every other Thursday and will take place in the JCPenney wing before stores open to the public. The 8:00 am class, "Walk Fit" is designed for the existing Mall Walker or anyone who enjoys low-impact cardio. The 9:00 am class, "Mall Walker Moms" incorporates infants, toddlers and even strollers into the routine. Non-parents are also welcome to join. Classes are 45 minutes long and are lead by Tina Eisenbeis, local fitness instructor and personal trainer.
Guests can register for the Mall Walker or Mall Walker Moms programs by signing up at the Customer Service Center located in the JCPenney Wing. In addition to free fitness classes, both programs offer Walker Mileage Cards, Special Presentations by program sponsor HealthPlus of Michigan and the chance to win various prizes.
