In order to provide a safe, secure and pleasant shopping environment, Genesee Valley Center requests your cooperation in complying with the following rules:

Genesee Valley Center is for shopping
Act responsibly
Allow others to shop safely and comfortably
Weapons of any kind are not permitted on Mall property
Observe all Federal, State and Local Laws
Please dress appropriately and observe all health codes and local lawsg
Please visit the Mall Office to request permission to take photos, videos or make audio tapes of or on Mall property or store fronts
Distribution of literature, special promotions or using the property for any purpose other than shopping is prohibited without prior written permission from the Mall
When the Mall and stores are closed, please leave
Loitering or congregating in groups in excess of three (3) people without a parent or legal guardian if prohibited
Individuals who are using the Mall solely for the activity of congregating, evidencing no shopping behavior and with lack of regard for other shoppers, will be asked to leave the Mall
